Text scroller

Sorry if this has already been answer but this is my first time on teh board anyways.

My friend has this really annoying program that just like it asks you a line to print and how many lines to do it for, then it just like sends that message that many times to me on msn, it works in anything where it is just type a message then press enter. This program is not harmfull or anything just realyl annoying and I woudl like to do it back to him. Can someone please tell me what this program is called and possibly where I can download from, sorry for teh lack of details but thats all i have.
