text to Speech?

    I recently reinstalled my OS Window XP home. Prior to that I had a "Text to Speech" endine but it's now gone. I tried to download one from Microsoft and it crashed ny PC. I had to use Sys.Restore to get up and running. Can anyone recomend a Text to Speech software?
