"tf_kw is null" after DAP dwnld

I used the author's link to dwnld "Download Accelerator Plus", which I saved to CD-RW(E) drive and immediately after dwnld box closed a tiny 2"x3" IE box appeared in middle of screen w/ an exclamation point inside a yellow triangle that said "tf_kw is null" and an OKAY box (which I won't click without knowing exactly WHAT it is that I'm okaying). I have a Dell Demension 2350 XP home SP2 Celeron 2.00GHz speed 1993MHz 128 MB RAM (C37.24 GB capacity (26.47 GB free) with DSL. I hope I've included all neccessary info , either that or I hope someone with MAGIC POWERS can HELP me

This also occurs when looking at the main MG page.

I'm also getting it. It appears to be a malfunctioning javascript from http://ctxt.tribalfusion.com that is used here at MG (probably an ad). tf_kw is a variable in that script. It had me worried for a while ...

 

So it's allright to click "okay"?

 

I started getting it last night, off and on.

I'm getting the same thing in Firefox v1.07 when I go to the MG home page.
Never saw it before today.

Download Accelerator Plus (DAP) is advertised on the MG link as adware.

I now use Leechget, as when I used to use DAP, Spybot, or PestPatrol, found 130 instances of adware/spyware/malware (whatever) on my PC.

Leechget works just as well, free, no hidden surprises, and has been downloaded, from MG, many more times than DAP. IMHO, a much better solution. Bazza

I'm using Avant and got the error message once, too.

 

I get the same error....Firefox hard locks my system at 100% CPU usage normaly i can end task friefox but sometimes it lockes solid and i half to hard reset..
