    Many many thanks for the great comments, I know that the owners Tim and Jim as well as the admin team here will take great pride in your comments on the site and forum as the goal was to achieve the very things you mentioned and I think we all not just owners and admins BUT the membership have achieved this in creating a great forum for users of all knowledges to feel welcomed.
