    I am NOT a computer geek by a long shot, though sometimes I have to play one at home. I recently got hit by a Trojan and, searching for help, found this website.

    I read your thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT at forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407, followed the very specific non-geek directions and cleaned the drive.

    THANK YOU for writing something so easy to follow. Sometimes I find directions to fix things, and the directions leave me more confused than I was to begin with, but you actually know how to write so that a dumb blonde can figure it out. A big HUG to you.
