Thanks and some soft and hard questions

I want to say "thanks" to MG to help me with my personal issue in this thread:

(PD i didn't get that job but i got another one as Linux Operator ^_^)

Test fot the job as IT Jr.Technical Support Test included the next questions:

*ISO Model (In which level the ethernet card is placed?)
*QoS and ToS (Network, OSI Levels, Descriptions)
*RAID Levels, ordered by performance, capacity and redundant array
*Describe use of the tools: telnet, tracert, ping, arp, ipconfig, netstat, nbstat, pathping, nslookup.
*Problems about the configuration of Blade Servers
*Errors in SAM database (corrupt database)

That had some few questions too not included here, i guess is good to share what we have to know as a technicians.
