Thanks Bill for the NIC when i installed it i let my 2nd rig send in its work unit after waiting 2months for a NIC so it could connect through proxy on my main rig and it gave me the push i needed to pass you.

 

What the heck, when I get the other computer up I'll pass you, and folding@home wins either way. While I kid (and am serious) about advancement it's all good.

 

Yea its good to kid around and its also for a good cause.

If your using the rig in your sig you will catch us and pass us after all i am using a P4 2.5ghz 400FSB, a AMD Sempron 3100+ and a AMD 64 i think 4200 i don't remember its processor its a Compaq from last year before C2D

 

Yeah, well, my 2.5 Gig Athlon and 1.0 Gig Duron will fall behind yours! So now I have to add my 1.8 Gig Athlon entertainment computer (the one in the entertainment center) and my boy's 2.0 Gig Athlong. Maybe throw a couple of 500Mhz K6/2's into the mix. In the words of Stalin, quantity has a quality all of it's own.

 

have to find me a socket 754 board. Just rebuilt a pc and her leftovers left me with a 754 sempron 3000

 

If i had the parts i would rebuild my other 2 P4's 2.0ghz and 2.5ghz 400FSB and afew of my P3's 600mhz and up and P2's 400mhz+

All this vaporware is making me dizzy.

I have plenty of parts, I'm just looking for an economical and green way to get rid of some.

 

lol you know i used to have quite afew P4 boards but did not need them but now that i need them i no longer have them lol Why don't you pm me a list of the stuff you want to get rid of and i will take a look and make a offer on what i would like lol. after all its better to have stuff find new life rather then go to e-waste lol
