Just like to thank you for the great advice and tools. I have had partial success in cleaning a few seriously contaminated machines (neighbors & friends) but after struggling with a nasty Win98 system I gave in and followed your advice in "Read this first..." thread. To my surprise and delight it worked completely. Now I am kicking myself for not using the advice in the first place. Would have saved countless hours.

Is nice to hear when people get help from this site.
People I work with have been saying how their computers are slow, or they have viruses, etc.
I printed out some of the stickys on malware, preventing , etc...and gave them to some. Told them could try to fix computer themselves, without taking them in.

Also, wrote the website on papers. Sure hope they take my advcie and visit here first.
