after downloading some stuff from a questionable site i found that my internet account had been hijacked, I already had mcafee on my computer and ran that but no good so I ran pc doctor also no luck. I remember my son telling me about your site, so I looked it up and did the read me and run me as recomended and voila problem solved. I have learnt my lesson and will be more cautious in future. How did the bug get passed mcafee, well mcafee recommnded that I block access to a certain program but stupidly I overrode that and let it thru.
