The Avenger by Swandog46 False Positive?

I ran an Ad-Aware SE scan yesterday on one of my machines and it showed that The Avenger by Swandog46 was a Trojan. Can anyone confirm this? o

 

I would say it's a false positive. I scanned it with AVG8.0 (fully updated) and with a fully updated SUPER Antispyware and it was clean on those two. It's fairly common for dedicated removal tools and rootkit detectors/removers to flag the occasional false positive. The nature of these programs is similar to the malware they are designed to remove and some of the other malware scanners occasionally cannot differentiate between the good and the bad. I'd say The Avenger is safe to use.

 

I do believe The Avenger is one of the tools in the MG box actually.

Perhaps Tim or Chas would like to confirm this.
