The Best Way To Reinstall XP?

I want to do a fresh install of XP. I was thinking to fdisk, format, then install the C: drive. However, I cannot find fdisk anywhere to run off a floppy once I delete the partition. I have format, but not fdisk. Is there a better way? Could I just reinstall from the CD? Or will not that be "clean enough" for a new install. I want no remnants of the previous install.

I have the full home version of XP.

    Thanks.

Just set your bios to boot from cd drive
boot from the xp cd and you can format during the install
