the box for sistem restore isnt active

The box for sistem restore isnt activated, so i cant check it, to disable or enable sistem restore. Right now he is activated.
I dont think i have a virus or spy, i scanned with many stuff.
Strange, i google about this problem, nothing relevant found

 

Ok, I think you went to "System Properties" and are under the "System Restore" tab? I have never encountered a situation to where the computer refuses to let you turn on or off system restore, even when the computer has viruses. Make sure the account you are on has administrative access. Also, make sure the hard drive has enough free space for system restore to use.

 

that link is about my problem on the other hard disk, i just posted there too ok. I have 2 hard disks, each with windows and i dont boot so much from the one with the probem
About sistem restore problem, i have it on another computer (at office) and dont know how to solve it. I just made more space (was only 11% free) but still same problem, but ill see monday after restart.

 

i forgot to say few days ago i had a blue error screen about some hardware error, but im ok now. Dont know anyway if this was before the problem with windows update
