i bought the e6400 i heard these babes can overclock madly is this true?

 

There have been some excellent results with O/C designs for this CPU.

yeah i heard the stock fan is suppose to do nicely but i dont wanan fry this thing but its only 200 bucks lol and is almost faster than the fx amazing isnt it.I hope i made the right decision cuz i hate upgrading i wanna get to a point where i dont need to.See i had 3 gbs of ram,a 7800gt,a 3500 amd 64,a sound audigy,a dvd burner 16x,500 watt smart power....my problem was i bought way to soon i didnt need 3 gbs of ram and a 7800gt with a x700 and 6600 on hold, and a 3500 when i bought my stuff it was jacked like i bought a 3500 for 289 now its worth 89 it was like 3 weeks later.So i had to make a choice a 4600x2 or a E6400 i hope i made the right choice cuz i had to buy ddr800 ram,and a new 150 dollar gigabyte mb,so instead of a 200 simpple build its acutally costing me like 1100 more plus the 8800 gtx and case im trying to do this right this is what i wanna do.

no im not a no lifer im actually a great athlete,was a back up qb for tim tebow the qb for the gators at UF.I just some reason love games and pcs and crap.My dad worked at kodax so lol i got to play on the new pcs when pcs were a crap load like when doom,duke nukem,wolf 3d,rebel assualt ages but yeah would this be a good build for the next gen games cuz i dont wanna screw myself over again like my last build

 

LOL seems like you have high expectations from a PC. What do you need all that stuf for?

 

i dunno its wierd i cant get enough same with my house my car,it s like no end for me.im not fat or anything lol what i mean is sometimes ill eat cuz im bored im really active.But like i said before see i was in pc gaming when doom duke nukem and shadow warrior was around.Then i got a ps and took a break from them.Then got a dreamcast,ps2,xbox so i was only on consoles if i used my pc it was for like star craft and soldier of fortune wasnt to many games to bring me in.Like i said before im active and doom3 was coming out for pc and xbox.IM a massive doom fan and half life, so when they said doom3 wasnt coming till next year and i got doom3 on my firends pc on release i bought a HP a good one too.THe point of my story is that i never ever got to build a pc the way i really wanted to.Like with the hp i had like 512 of ram uknown maker,uhhh a 9600 se not to good,and a cd burner it was faster but i wanted a dvd burner.

So i really starter geting in the pc world with cs but that was a wanker to get to play lol i kept getitng invalid cd keys.Now i know alot bout pcs but it not much as u guys do.I go out and bought a 3500, where i wanted really dual core,i wanted a 7900 had the money but bought a 7800 cuz they didnt have a 7900 on hand,same with ram my problem is i get impatient and waste the money i have and get so so stuff that i dont originally want


the questionu asked was what do u need all that stuff for?
that is most of the answer to have something that is a pwnage system its the last system i can really afford till my daughter is born cuz most of my money im gonna spoil her
