Walmart is the only site that I'm unable to navigate to.
The error page received is this:

    The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Please try the following:

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
If your Network Administrator has enabled it, Microsoft Windows can examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings.
If you would like Windows to try and discover them,
    click Detect Network Settings
Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.
If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link.

Cannot find server or DNS Error
    Internet Explorer
    --------------------------------

I don't recall how I did this but I found this message while trying to get to the site.
    res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm#http://www.walmart.com/baby?path=0:5427

Any ideas? Thanks a million for any responses!

Maybe it is a DNS problem:
    1. Check your HOSTS file for any entries besides localhost
    2. Open a command prompt and execute this command to clear the DNS cache (Win2k/WinXP only):
Maybe it is a firewall/antivirus/antispyware problem (Blocking advertising):
    1. Try to momentarily disable your firewall/antivirus/antispyware software and try to access the wallmart site.

What happens if you open a command prompt and execute this command (It will fail to ping, but it should show the IP of walmart):

    Thanks for your assistance.

    I'm working in Windows ME.

When I tried the ipconfig /flush dns, it came up with these options. I did not know which to choose!

    /ALL - display detailed information
/Batch [file] - Write to file or ./winipcfg.out
    /renew_all - renew all adapters
    /release_all - release all adapters
    /renew N - renew adapter N
    /release N - release adapter N
    C:\windowss\desktop>

    Thanks again for your help.

Like said the ipconfig thing can only be done when using Windows 2000/XP (Not Windows Me)

I saw the same "suggestion" from other places so thought I'd try it.

I've just searched for Host files and found 3: Hosts.sam, Lmhosts.sam and just plain old Host

I opened Host with Notepad and found "209.10.214.20 www.walmart.com"

The other site suggested the following: ... if you find one open it with notepad and delete any reference to techbargains.com(just the line of text).

Does this mean to erase the whole line or just the wording www.walmart.com?

Techbargains was the example name; user having same problems as I was.

Thanks again for your help. I really appreciate it.
