the past few days, ugh.

Wed night get a recall notice for my truck. No biggie just inconvenience of having to make time to take it in. Wife torqued because I had to take Dyson in to Best Buy to get serviced. They ended up shipping it back and haven't said anything on its status. We had taken it in on saturday so really it hadn't been that long, but with 3 kids and a dog, need I say more?

Thurs - Get to work, phone call from wife. She was using the weedeater out by the pool and the cord fell in the pool. Nobody hurt but a circuit is blown, no problem I'll fix it when I get home from work. Get home from work and have to go to the shop to work on a project, that keeps me busy most of the night.

Fri - Roll out of bed at 4am,fix the pc thats been acting up so the wife can check her email, workout, then proceed to freezer to get a loaf of bread. Freezer is off, most things are thawing nicely as there is no cold air. Turns out the above circuit that blew took out the GFI in the back master bdrm which happens to be the same as the outlet for the freezer in the garage, but nothing else in the garage confused.

Get that sorted out. Seriously late for work. Driving pretty fast, fuel light comes on, ugh gotta stop for some gas. While filling up a couple of guys start going at it at the pump in front of me, one guy has a knife other has 9mm. Ok that's enough gas, time to go!! Pull out of the station, 2 miles down the road, stuck in traffic grrrrrrr.

Almost make it to work, cell phone rings, its the wife. "I thought you said you fixed the pc?" I did, everything is working fine, even the fancy bluetooth kb and mouse. "Then why does it say processor not found when I turn it on?"

Im telling you, if I knew that today was gonna start off like it did, I would have just called in sick to work and headed to the movies or something. Ugh.

Guess you should have called in sick.....

 

You should have seen the month I had in April. It would have made you absolutely happy that nothing but piddly little stuff happened to you over a couple days.

Hey I'm retired will you guys keep moaning, it makes me smile as I watch me toe nails grow(snicker)LOL Seriously though if we didn't have some "Bad" days we wouldn't be able to really appreciate all the good ones we here in North America, UK, Australia and the rest of the "Develop World" have.
