The vending machine stole my money.

Ya, some vending machines really suck. Like the ones that take two bucks for a bag of chips, then get stuck half way through it.:cry

If you want to protect the phone, I say go get a condom, stretch it over the handset, squirt some lubricant on the windows, leave the empty bottle of lube on the ground in there, and walk away.. I don't think anyone will be using your phone in your absence, though no harm will have really been done to it. (or with it.)

I, like you, won't use a vending machine for anything. I go to a shop.

Not nice when vending machines swallow our money. Just the opposite happened to me a very long time ago.

Decades ago at work when coffee was still a dime, I got me a cuppa coffee by putting a dime in the vending machine in the lounge and nickels poured out of the exchange slot like crazy, spilling out all over the floor, clunk clunk, clunk, it just didn't stop. Couldn't keep up with scooping them all up. LOL People looking on with big eyes in disbelief ...... huh???? what's going on? Felt I had to turn in all that huge heap of nickels so I did. The boss could have had a steak dinner on me, who knows..... :-D

 

I should get one of those cell phone thingies one of these days. Just waiting for the cheaper version of the IPhone. I want a YoPhone. :-D Just how I roll.

Oh, no, sorry, don't get me wrong. This is is the norm back where I come from. But I now live in a civilized part of the world where people are slightly more conscious of others around them.
