Theft Software

Hi, I love this site and thanks for reading and posting your knowledge.

What theft software would you reccommend?
My son will be going off to college and we just got him a surface pro and understand laptop thefts are huge on campus.
I'm hoping some freeware is out there that's safe.

Another question. Why is it that majorgeeks is almost never a hit in my searches while toms hardware, CNN always are? Just asking.

If you use Google preface any search terms with mg. Not sure whether it works with other search engines.

 

My search engine of choice is DuckDuckGo but if you need to search any specific site, try "search term site:sitetobesearched.com" whichever engine you use - theft software site:majorgeeks.com

It works with startpage.
I typed 'mg xnview' and the first 3 results were for MajorGeeks.

Yeah, after satrow posted I checked DuckDuckGo, which I have available but rarely use, and it works there too. Lot quicker than the correct way to do it.
