my computer has 74 gb of free disk space and so thats plenty... and it is a 512mb ram computer.... ok.. i have played world in conflict and sim city 4 .. they both requires a 512mb ram computer correct?... worked for me just fine.. until.. i bought company of heroes.. now i cant play that one .. a box says '' not enough physical memory, your computer requires at least 512mb ram'' i am like what the hell.. makes no sense since sim city 4 and world in conflict has more requirements than the the CoH game... and i looked at my computer and looked in properties.. it is now 448mb ram.. how the hell did i lose 64mb that fast....while i was playing those 2 games with no problems until this new one.. there has to be a way to bring it back up to 512 so i can play my new game.. anyone can help ?

Because of the Math it looks like you have 64MB integrated graphics

Because the graphics are integrated they use 64MB of your system memory (RAM)

    512 - 448 = 64

If you buy a graphics card they come with their own RAM, generally 256MB or more these days

So, on the surface it looks like you may have to buy a graphics card and/or more RAM

Your best bet is to try to identify your graphics adapter first to verify if I am correct.

If you go to System Requirements Lab it will tell you what stats your computer has and what you require to run the game

Shanemail is exactly correct. Invest $35 +/- in another 512mb memory stick and all will be well. That's probably the easiest and cheapest way to increase performance. If you have the dough, get yourself a good video card too. If you're gaming, you'll need one sooner or later. Most gamers these days are running 2gb RAM with at least a 256mb video card. You can get a good video card for about $130 these days (maybe less ;) )
