Thermaltake case advice

Hi, I want to buy a Thermaltake case. There are so many though, all around the same price give or take £20. Which is the best in your oppinion? I want it for gaming and to cool a Prescott. Any advice will be welcomely received.

I know its a matter of taste,but I think they all look crap,they look cheap and tacky to me,like someone has stuck a load of plastic on them to make them look futuristic,if I had to choose one I'd go with the black kandalf,bottom left.

 

Have a look at a 'Tsunami Dream' I have one and am well pleased.. HD Fan and somebody at long last has situated the side fan that blows directly on to the CPU fan... fan dust filters etc. lots of added extras as well .. No PSU

I'll be building a new system when I can buy an i955X motherboard (preferably Asus).
I've looked at a number of cases and right now would order the Thermaltake Armor VA8000BWS Black full tower + BTX Upgrade Kit.
I like the configure/air-flow options.

I have a Thermaltake Shark. First of all I do A/V editing and I can tell you that this puppy is awesome. It is an all aluminum case even the front door except for the panels were you put your DVD/CD drives and Floppy. I bought my son the Tsunami Dream for his gaming case. It has a mirror finish, It's all aluminum, even the door....the same as the Shark. If you want more room go with the Shark. I know that Thermaltake has some new cases that are all aluminum that are in the $200 range. If you notice I stay away from the plastic stuff. I love the all aluminum cases that Thermaltake produces The Tsunami and the Shark come with 2 120mm fans that keep things running nice and cool. If you are looking for a case by Thermaltake I would suggest one of there all aluminum cases. You would not go wrong with either one. I believe that most gamers go with the Tsunami Dream and from all the reviews I read, I NEVER heard anything negative.

 

Beware Possible Ad Malware !!

Wether it was sheer coincidence but whilst using one of those URL case sites I got smitten by a 'Smittfraud' bug and has taken me severals hours to rid...

 

How did it show itself?

 

Hi Rikky ... ummm ... AH ! it took screen over with a lookalike BSOD and saying that I was infected.. When I went to desktop there were 2 icons . one a porn dial up the other was shortcut to a AV site....

 

I'm clean then,I hope LOL!
