My computer is running slow, and will randomly lag. Wondering if it is infected.
Its from 2011 so it could just be bitrot. But better to be safe than sorry.
    Here are my logs.

    Thanks in advance.

No malware, but I am curious as to this:
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 6.00 GB
    Total Physical Memory 5.95 GB
    Available Physical Memory 1.40 GB
That's a lot of memory usage if nothing is running.

It's strange right? The only things open were chrome and epic browser. I'm not sure why its so high. Any way I can check?

Close everything and run task manager.

When I do that my memory usage is 1.6GB.

With 3 tabs open in chrome and one in Epic Browser it goes up to 3.7. This computer is 7 years old so I guess its just time for a new one.

I wouldn't give up on it just yet. But I would suggest you post in the software forum regarding your speed. Too many reasons for slow speed to deal with here.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    3. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have re-enabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    4. Now go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 or 10 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    5. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    6. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
