Do you ever just notice odd things? I got my GPS set up in my car. Works great. This thing gets satellite updated every few seconds and updates my position. Supposed to be accurate within what, 10 feet or so. But the clock on the dang thing is in the wrong time zone. :confused

    :-D

Guess that dispels the idea that you can't be in two places at the same time!!! :-D:-D

There's usually a setting in the 'Settings' or 'Options' screen that enables one to change to correct T.Z. - I presume that you've checked that out?

Loved the Twilight Zone, especially the original series while Creator/presenter Rod Serling was alive. Also loved The 'Night Gallery'.

I am sure there is such a setting, but the battery on the thing is prety much shot. It runs off the car's 12v when the key is on. It defaults to English, knows where it is, knows what time it is, but not what time zone... ;)

    Resisting HBT references. :p

NOOOOOOOO Problem Fred. You need to get into the " I'm a man, and I can fix that! mode! "
this is a quite simple, and might I say, quite unique, fix it; plus, it'll be worth it for all the "pat me on the back" compliments.
step 1. cut small piece of black electrical tape and adhere it to the offending part of the screen that is displaying the incorrect time.
step 2. find some old digital clock, or watch, and duct tape it to the top of the GPS. Voila! All better.
    Hope this helps:-D

Or just wait until March, and it should be on the right time for 6 months. :-D
