Think HTML Editor Control

Ok, I am having a slight issue with this program (Think Technologies, Think HTML Editor Control.) I installed it about a week ago. It was not exactly what I was looking for, so I did a typical uninstall. Since that time, the program has reinstalled itself when I am performing other (non-webediting) tasks. Every time this has happened, I have simply did the same thing, uninstall. But after the 6th time in the past 5 days, its starting to get old.

Why is it doing this? Is there something that I can do to prevent this from happening again? I am running Win XP Pro, and today alone, I have ran three different Virus Scans, four different Spyware removal programs, and used two different tweaking programs. Oddly enough, after all of that (0 viruses, 1 spyware found, and numerous tweaks that would seem to keep this from happening), I opened up XP Smoker, which was already installed (I just opened it through the start menu), my computer decided that for it to open that program, I first had to have Think HTML Editor on my machine.

Any ideas? I am willing to try anything that I havent already done.
