this athlon-64 rig needs more!

ok, this is my rig:

but as you can see i'm missing some components to make it a true machine. so, i've researched and these are the components that i believe i need to make this system complete:

Speakers (Logitech 5.1 Speakers)
PSU (Thermaltake Silent PurePower 560W)
Heatsink and Fan (Thermaltake PIPE101 3 in 1 CPU Cooler)
TV Tuner (Hauppauge PCI TV Tuner Card)
CD/DVD-Rom Drive (Asus Black 16X DVD-ROM Drive)

so, the components above are definite buys within the next 6 months. whereas these listed below are the maybes:

Arctic Silver 5
VANTEC Nexus Fan Controller Panel
COOLMAX Aluminum Filters

all in all i'm just looking for opinions on the stuff that i am planning on buying and whether or not you all think it will be beneficial to it, and as for the maybes that i have the arctic silver 5 would probably be the most beneficial.
