This feature is still initializing...

i have run ad-aware, and my PC-cillin won't work... it keeps saying

'This feature is still initializing. Wait a few moments and try again later'

and when i start up, it has a pop up saying

'the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005) click ok to terminate the application'

i've used PC-cillin free online scan and it says i have no virus.

i've tried uninstalling, and then reinstalling... it didn't work.

In safe mode...trendmicro still doesnt work.

I've also used the method of changing the settings to manual, but it has no effect. It had only started acting this behaviour one or two days ago.

what else can i do?

What OS are ye running? I.E. 95/98/ME/2k/xp/2k3/other?
