Well my little sis has gotten something on her PC. I am contemplating dumping everything, but there was never a backup for this thing, so I don't know quite how it would be done without going out and buying a new OS.

So far I can only click on firefox. I can't open paint, or any folders. And I cannot open task manager. A message pops up in the lower right hand corner saying that taskmgr.exe is infected and cannot be opened.

Any advice as to where to start? SafeMode? But what would I do in safe mode? I tried downloading spybot search and destroy in safe mode, but it says I have no server address while in safe mode.
