    Hey,
So for the past month I have been removing files as per advice provided by one of your techs. His help was great and solved alot of issues, however I found it neccessary to reformat and reinstall after all corrections had been completed. I had discussed it with your support team and this was an option for me. Now I have done it. I have upgraded to sp2 I have disabled the Windows firewall due to norton internet security. It is a week after reinstalling all my software and updates (i am on a 52k modem still, hence updates take a while) I thought everything was fine and then out of nowhere I see a fricken "sysfader.exe" appear when I can't open my outlook program.

What is this file? Where would it come from? How can I get rid of it? *&$%!!!

    Help me please,
    kevin
