This is war

Alot of problems with spyware. I am in enemy territory with an unfair advantge, under attack from this guy that loves me.

Even though he is the one to be watched, he installed computer watchdog. I found it but can't tell anymore if the program is running. I think he has renamed the file. I have found many watchdog files but can't determine what is what. I am unable to open or delete them. Also I think that Mcafee personal firewall plus has the ability to monitor (keylog, screenshot). Perhaps it scans e-mails too. If this is so, does it have the ability to read my e-mails? I downloaded snoopfree and not surprisingly, it didn't install properly. I can't even delete those files.

Because of my lack of computer skills I hope to enlist intelligence, Did I come to the right place? Any thoughts? Thanks.
