This one bothers me....

I can't believe I can't figure this one out... I have a user (Running XP Pro SP2) who when printing to a specific printer (Canon Image Runner 2800), from a certain application gets a blank page after every printed page.

Now, from my monkeying around, I think I've found the cause: some pages are too wide for the margins (ie, some "blank" pages have the edges of characters from the printed page before it), but I can't figure for the life of me how to correct it!

Things I've tried include:
1. Adjusting the print settings of the application : no effect
2. Adjusting the properties of the printer (paper size, orientation, etc): no effect
3. Re-installing the printer : no effect
4. Uninstalling all print drivers and reinstalling printer : no effect
5. Tried using different drivers (postscript, PCL5E) : no effect

So, needless to say, I'm getting frustrated. The user is getting frustrated with me (having to sort a 30page printout of 60 pages)... so, I come post at majorgeeks so someone can come along and say, "no eediot, do eet theese way" and make everyone happy. If you can do that, you're may hero! Thanks!
