    Hi My Computer Is Taken Over By Poping -up Screens Of Advertisments That Come Up Any Time I Am Browsing. Also My Task Bar Is Taken Over By By Two Pop-up Ballons That Keep Poping Up Forever And Will Not Quite. I Have Run Avg-anti Spyware, Norton Antivirus And These Will Not Help So Please Some One Help Me.
