    The name of the incoming (POP or IMAP), and outgoing (SMTP) is provided by your ISP. you need to check their help page for it.

    Yes, if email is provided alongside the internet service. Who provides your internet? Who provides your email?

    You might try the File/Import/internet Explorer tab in Firefox that will import most Options, Bookmarks, Passwords from Explorer for you so the set-up time is reduced. Hope that helps

    If you already had Outlook Express configured.

    Code:
    [COLOR="Navy"]Open Outlook Express[/COLOR]
    Go to Tools > Accounts
    Click the Mail tab
    Highlight your account and click properties on the right
    Click the servers tab.

    Actually to set up a new mail program, it is rather easy. If you do not have the information from your provider, and it is in the settings for the other mail program, you would just input.

    Most ISPs have a help page with this information contained on it.

    Make sure that the Pop & SMTP addresses are correct, and your email & password are correct. Again, do you know who your ISP is, that the apartment complex uses, so that we can be better to assist you?
