I am trying to get all of the 2000 OS computers on a workgroup network to have the same time as the "main computer" at certain times (IE: 1PM, 1:20PM or every hour, etc.)

    Any suggestions?

You need to set the sntp setting as the "main computer" and sync it.
You can see your sntp setting by:
Go to command prompt. (Start - Run - type CMD)
at the command prompt, type in: net time /querysntp
this will show you the current sntp server you are using.
You can change this to your "main computer" by typing:
    net time /setsntp:"main computer"
you can sync your time by:
    net time /set /y
