tiny disk cleaner

I'm pretty ticked right now. Tiny disk cleaner just wiped out my toolbars and taskbars and system restore won't help because it says no changes were made and I just installed tiny disk cleaner. A window came on and said something changed the authorised version of windows and the system would be unstable. Boy is it. What should I do. I have to pull the plug to turn this laptop off but the battery is like the energizer bunny and it just keeps going.

I'll try it right now. Thank you. I just tried to download a data recovery from MG but now downloading doesn't work.

Since system restore didn't work do you think i should use my recovery disk. Should I take it back to staples and hove a tech run the recovery disk. I think I'm in over my head on this one.

 

Well try the app again and search the "Help" files for a Restore point. Any decent app will at least take a snapshot of the Registry and allow any potential OS dillememmas to be undone!?!?!?

 

Well I bit the dust and took my laptop to Computaters here in Idaho. I must say that computer problems must be the devils own invention. Thank you all for trying to help.
