tiscali broadband help needed urgently!!!!!!!

hi

i cant seem to get connected to tiscali. it alsways says server not found . i did a Dsltest here are the reseults.

DSL TEST RESULTS

1 - INTERFACE TEST RESULTS :
The interface test is passed

2 - MODEM TEST RESULTS :
MODEM test is passed

3 - LINE TEST RESULTS :
TEST IS FAILED : CO modem did not respond to OAM cells from RT modem.
Possible causes :
1 - The set of OAM VPI/VCI does not match with the ones at CO side.
2 - OAM LoopBack type is not the proper type.
Remedies :
1 - Check the VPI/VCI and use the correct values.
2 - Check the OAM LoopBack type and use the proper type.

4 - NETWORK TEST RESULTS :
Network test is passed


how can i fix it.
