Tiscali Broadband

Hi everyone,
I have internet with tiscali broadband and it has worked fine until recently when i connect to the internet my tiscali broadband network disapears. I contacted tiscali about it and i tried what they said (to uninstall and then reinstall the broadband) but i still had the same problem. My hijackthis file:

Your problem appears to be malware related. The guys over there are very good at this type of problem.
