Tiscali caused an invalid page fault HELP

Tiscali caused an invalid page fault in module DIRAPL.DLL at0167:6802d44f

I get this error message when i put this tiscali disk into my sony cdr to install tiscali on a p3 pc with a new load of w98 se .nothing else is installed except for windows 98.
I need to get internet access on this pc. It appears to be working ok for everything else including installing another software disc and before you ask it is not the tiscali disk
PLEASE HELP I AM NOW PULLING MY HAIR OUT

 

What is Tiscali?

Are you trying to install a driver for your NIC?

Try downloading it from Sony's website and burn it to CD, than copy it to your system.

 

Tiscali is an isp. the disc is ok as it works on this computer but i want to get another pc on line with the same account. i put the disc in and get the error message. i even downloaded a new dll file and put that on hoping it would work but alas NO.
ANY IDEAS ANYONE???????
