tivo series 4 lost picture

My Tivo Series 4 or my cable died last night
I was watching a tv show and then it fades to black...and stays black
SEARCHING FOR CABLE SIGNAL, (error V52) came up

I called the cable company, they said
my account is in good standing
it might be the cable card in the tivo(why it stopped working in the middle of a show at 223am?)

I was not moving, so I didnt think it could be the cable cord fell out or anything,
but I did check, the cord was tight to the wall and to the tivo

So I think its the cable card?
anyone have this happen to them?

the cable card went bad,.went to comcast, gave them the old cable card, got a new one and it works
what a waste of time...worse,I watched 1 hour of Closer PT 1, then this morning half an hour of CLOSER PART2, and the cable went out, now I have no idea how Brenda won the case
nor how she convinces perps to come to the police station and confess...why would ANYONE go down to talk to a cop about ANYTHING?
