TMFK Konsole

I've been designing a gaming console lately so i haven't signed in as of this my status says : "You last visited: 08-30-09 at 18:52 "
But the low down is:
I'm making a console that will play nearly and i mean nearly all games ever made on DISK.
It is at the min just a bit of software the case is to be designed,
It's downside is that its base system is it runs on Windows XP Home (em oh dear) using an EXE file and images
I'm after some help of making my own os that can run EXE's and can handle graphics in other words can play PC games using DirectX 9+ (I think the newest is DirectX 10)
I'm so sad, as i've wrote a entirely useless essay on my sad boring life!
