Too Many Programs I Think

I think I have way too many programs with dual coverage on my laptop (Windows 10). Thoughts please on what I should keep and what I should uninstall as I am constantly getting notices that this or that needs to be done and I can hardly get anything done except cleaning my machine!

I have:


Avast Free Antivirus
Malwarebytes (free)
Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit (free)
Sywareblaster (free)

Patch My PC (free)
IObit Uninstaller (free)

CCleaner (free)
Wise Registry Cleaner (free)
Wise Care 365 Pro (giveaway from Major Geeks)
IObit Advanced System Care 9 (free)
Glary Utilites 5 Pro (giveaway for one year)
Smart Defrag 5 (free)
Wise Disk Cleaner (free)
Glary Utilites Malware Hunter (came with the one year giveaway)

 

Yes you probably have.
The first 4 listed are fine and will work great side by side.
Patch My PC is fine if you actually need it.
CCleaner is good.
IoBit Uninstaller (without any added options) is a great uninstaller.
You do not need a defrag program with Windows 10.
All the rest are unneeded in my experience.
