   I keep trying to take off the language bar toolbar off the taskbar but it keeps popping back up. I have no idea how to take it off properly, anyone know how to keep it from reappering after starting up the pc?

   Try this
   
   1. Click Start > Control Panel > Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options > Regional and Language Options
   
   Click the Languages tab, then Details button > Choose Langage Bar button at bottom, and then uncheck Show the language bar on the desktop> Press OK and the Language Bar hopefully will be gone.
   
   
   if not I have a more perminent solution.
