Toolbar Removal in IE 7

Hi,
Is there a way to remove the new customized command toolbar that they now have on IE7, I have found you can disable the tabs, or add and remove the icons,except the 2 favorites stars, but I have found no way of totally removing the toolbar. Its a bit repetitive considering almost all the same things are in the menu bar.it uses up precious space when you have a small monitor and are trying to play online games. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
