Toolwiz Time Freeze

Anyone using this? Will it freeze ALL software on a PC? For example, Word 2003 has 'autocorrect' options under 'Format'...a lot of boxes prechecked by default. I uncheck them all. Couple days later, all are automagically checked again. Will Time Freeze stop this irritation and keep the boxes unchecked?

 

That might depend on what's causing your settings to change. In Office 2007, those settings are Office-wide: they are set under Office options, not per program.

You could try that Time Freeze program, but it hasn't been updated in ten years and isn't notated as being compatible with that OS (assuming that's what you're using).
