I tested the operation of ToolWiz Care "Virtual Safe":
    1. Size of Virtual Safe created was/is 10 GB.
    2. I didn't really want to use it, so I attempted to recover the HD space.
    3. Asked on their Forum how to? Round and round she goes...
    4. Finally, I got an answer: "just delete the file which I had placed on my desktop. Simple enough, eh?
    5. I am still finding the "PQService" section on my HD. The size is 10.47 GB and has 12 GB available. It is filled with something. I don't know how to open it to check to see what it is.
    6. Can someone see through the haze of my description and assist me?

    Thanks.

PQService has to do with the restore feature found on computers.
Don't touch it. PQ stands for Power Quest, the company http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PowerQuest
that started Drive Image, a cloning type program.

When you first turn on the computer you can press a key to restore you computer to factory condition or gets you to a menu where one of the choices will be to restore the computer to factory conditions. That's when the computer will read the PQ partition, as it is supposed to.

I found out that this PQService is part of ZoneAlarm's Backup Service. I have since changed to Advanced System Care with A/V, but kept the ZA Backup Service going. Thanks again for helping me understand my computer a little more than I did yesterday!;) Oh, they use IDrive service!
