Torrent Users Beware

Dont actually use p2p myself as I have never found the need, but do find it interesting topic, I dont know which country TorrentSpy are based in, as if they are not US based then legal action would be long winded if near impossible in some countries, I know russian based sites just dont care and soviet law is not so interested in the legal issues of copyright, as are a few asian countries.

Have to ask then whats the point of the court ruling to give details on users if they are going to anonymise them anyway? Always knew I should have trained to be a laywer.
