Toshiba A85-2107 problem

Hey guys,
I am working on a Toshiba A85-2107 which a friend brought to me because he couldn't get the drivers installed properly for the ethernet adapter and the modem. The computer is running Windows XP SP2 (Home OEM) The problem ended up being that there is a resource conflict which is something that I am really pretty intimidated on fixing myself, so i am asking the masters for help!

The conflict says (right after POST) Conflict on PCI Device on Motherboard Bus 2: Device 3: Function 00

I know to change the address ranges I will need to use the Device manager.
WIll you guys please help me to resolve this!? Thanks so much guys!

AMD explain IRQ'S, at this link.
From what I can see , if there is an updated driver for your wireless card , that might solve it, otherwise, the suggestion is a different card.

Wow sweet! I guess we are just going to have o pull that atheros wifi card off the board. Or just turn it off in BIOS
