toshiba dvd sd-r5372 won't play dvds

Good evening guys,

I have 2 Toshiba dvd sd-r5372 dvd write drives on my desktop & I have burned dvds on them today but cannot play dvd on them. Also cannot play factory dvds either.
Error message:
While setting up video playback...
Video cannot be shown on the cop monitor because of one of the following reasons:
A) Low video memory
B) another application using display resources
C) Display adaptor is incompatible with DVD decoder please try to obtain a display driver update
continue - Yes NO

when Yes
message box appears:
Analog copy protection violation: windows cannot play this copy-protected disc because it cannot verify that the video outputs on your dvd and / or VGA cards support copy protection.

Possible causes
1) one of the drivers (dvd or VGA) does not fully support the adaptors capabilities, in whic case installing an updated driver may help.
2) The hardware does not support copy protection. You may get around the problem by unplugging any cables connected to video outputs on your computer.

I supposedly downloaded the driver from driversplanet.com That did not help.
I uninstalled both dvd roms and restarted. No Good
I downloaded the codecs pack from your website. No luck.

I can play movies that are saved on WMP.
I can put in a music cd and it will automatically load up on Itunes and I can play it.

There are no exclamation points on device manager. Says working properly.
