   hi i have a toshiba m35x-s149 it runs fine in bois and safe mode but freezes and crashes in windows could this still be a motherboard issue or corrupt os?:confused

   If it were the motherboard, it would probably crash in safe mode.
   I'd lean more towards a bad driver, simply because not all drivers get loaded in safe mode.
   
   Good luck trying to track down the driver.
   
   Have you tried Last Good Configuration?

   i just did a clen in install of xp how would i find out what driver is bad btw i did a clean install because of the crashing.:cry
