Any implications if I delete all references in my Toshiba Folder, to other than English stuff?

It probably is part of the Toshiba installation of Windows 7 Home Premium OS on my laptop.
I have plenty of Hard drive space, so space is not the problem.
I just like to prune my OS of all stuff I probably will never use.
Also saves on Backup space and time taken for FULL backups. :)

Can anyone give my a counter argument on why I should keep them?
See 2 thumbnails of the same OTE stuff.
I'll keep the English versions, (en), of course. :-D

    TIA, Bazza

Here's another batch of space wasters. See thumbnail :)
A simple programming request as to what language you want/will only use, would save all this stuff, for English speakers only.

I realise there are many other multi-language users of Windows in the world, but a lot of us only speak English as our first (and only) language. :-D

I assume these can go for me, too. ;)
