   Laptop is stuck in a boot loop that we can't get around. Shift + F8 doesn't get us into Safe Mode and we don't have a disc. Any suggestions? It wasn't damaged and didn't download anything that we know of. It's mainly used to play League, and suddenly wouldn't boot up anymore. We can't get into anything!

   I'm not clear why you are pressing shift + F8.
   
   Here is the proper way to get to Advanced Settings.

   F4 is safe mode.
   
   If you can't get to the Advanced Settings then scroll to the bottom of the page and read Option 3.
