I am after software that will cover all my security needs. Anti-virus,spam and anything else that is recomended. willing to pay good money for right software. What do you recommend.

All of the above are totally free; some have 'Pro' or 'Full' versions that have enhanced/extra features that can be purchased. If you're determined to spend money, SpySweeper from WebRoot software is top-notch.

BTW: There's another free app (not on MajorGeeks) called PrevX Home that doesn't scan or remove; it prevents infections and is VERY secure. I use it on my PC but I can't for the life of me remember where I downloaded it from. Try Google-ing PrevX and see if you can find it. I HIGHLY recommend it!
