totally confused

    Hi. I am a newbie here and totally confused!!
    I am trying to remove spyware and have been following the read and run me first thread and am stuck. I have a question but dont know where to ask it. Please help me!!

    Okay - I am up to step 4 - using getrun key and show new. I have unzipped them and have to upload file as an attachment. I do not know how to do this.

    Start a new thread, tell them whatever they need to know, before you submit the thread, look below where you enter text for a button that says "manage attachments". That allows you to select and upload files.
